Shipping costs are charged to the customer in the percentage of 6% of the order amount if the order is less than 100 €.
If the order amount is higher than 100 € shipping costs will be the 4% of that amount. Shipping is free for orders over 150 €, except for orders that contain tables, LC Implant Suite or Hand Fuser Support; in this case the shipping fee is always 4% of the total amount.
To ensure safe and prompt delivery of products purchased, Omnia Dental S.L. has chosen to secure the cooperation of the major courier services available on the market.
Deliveries will be made within a minimum time of 2 up to 5 working days from the date of the order and notification of receipt of payment, except in case except in cases beyond the control of Omnia (customs, natural causes)
For each order, Omnia Dental S.L. emits the material shipped invoice, sending it to the -email address of the order purchaser.
For the issue of the invoice, The information provided by the customer at time of order are authentic and no change will be possible after the emission of it.
The goods always travel at the risk of Omnia, except if sent ex works
The goods are perfectly packed.
The packaging used by Omnia Dental S.L. are cardboard boxes and packages in bubble wrap.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer must check:
-that the number of boxes is the same as reported in the transport document in advance by e-mail;
-that the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered even in the closing materials (tape / metal hoops).
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars thereof, must be immediately notified, by putting specific "WRITTEN RESERVATION OF CONTROL " on the proof of delivery courier (after signing the document delivery of the courier, the customer can not make any objection in fact).
Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the goods received should be reported immediately to the carrier by writing upon the despatch note.
NB: Delivery by Courier takes place during normal working hours, we suggest you specify a delivery address , where there is someone who can receive the shipment.
In the case of "failed delivery", the courier will leave a notice to show a new date and time for the next delivery attempt, or permit the withdrawal of the package at the nearest location of the courier.
If you fail to collect within 5 working days the material in storage at the warehouses of courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be automatically canceled.
Shipments will be made in Spain and Portugal territory.
